Option 3: Need Answers Fast?
Book a Consultation Directly
When you’re facing a serious issue at work, you need good advice fast. That’s why we also offer the option to book directly with Amanda and get on her calendar right away, no back-and-forth required.
Choose the session that fits your situation:
Quick Question Session — 20 minutes
You have a specific legal question and need a straight answer. We'll get right to it.
Full Consultation — 60 minutes
Your situation is more complex — a termination, ongoing harassment, a hostile work environment. We'll take the time to review what happened, assess your options, and map out a path forward.
F.A.Q.s:
What if I'm not sure which session to book?
Start with a Quick Question if you have one clear issue to resolve. If your situation is more complex — multiple incidents, a termination, a deadline to sign a severance agreement, or an ongoing workplace dispute — the Full Consultation gives us the time to actually dig in. When in doubt, send us a message first and we'll point you in the right direction.
Where will our meeting take place?
We offer the choice of a phone call or a Zoom meeting. All consultations are by appointment only. We are unable to accept in-person walk-ins for immediate consultation.
Is my consultation confidential?
Information provided for the purpose of seeking legal advice is confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege, even if we do not move forward with your case.
Why do you charge a fee for direct bookings?
Workplace situations can move fast, and when yours does, you need real answers. When you book a consultation, Amanda personally reviews your matter and comes prepared to give you meaningful, substantive guidance from the moment the call begins. The consultation fee reflects that dedicated attorney time and ensures the conversation is genuinely useful to you — not just a sales pitch for our services.
Our fees are available on a sliding scale and are lower than our standard hourly rates, because we believe that quality legal guidance should be accessible regardless of your situation.
What happens after our consultation?
An initial consultation is a one-time meeting and unless we sign a written agreement retaining our firm to represent you, no further action will be taken. If AMG Legal takes on your case, next steps will be discussed at the consultation.
